We keep our patient panel intentionally small, so your provider has the time to listen, look at the whole picture, and focus on keeping you well — not just treating you when something goes wrong.
That means longer appointments, same-day and next-day access when you're sick, and a real relationship with a provider who remembers your history and your goals. It's primary care the way it's meant to work.

Catching small things before they become big ones
Preventive care is where a good primary care relationship pays off most. We follow national screening guidelines from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), the independent panel of experts that makes evidence-based prevention recommendations.1

Access when you need it
Reach your care team without the wait
Some things don't need a full appointment. With your care plan, you can message, call, or video with your own care team between visits — and when you do need to be seen, same-day and next-day visits are usually available.
Telehealth visits are available for patients located in California, so a quick question or a follow-up doesn't have to mean a trip across town.

Transparent by default
No copays, no surprise bills
Your care plan covers the everyday care above with no per-visit copays. A handful of more involved in-office procedures — for example complex wound care, incision and drainage, cryotherapy, or certain injections — carry a small additional charge for materials.
When one of those applies, we tell you the price before we proceed — so there are never surprises. A full, itemized list of what's included and what costs extra is available on request and at our office.
A note on how this works with insurance
Direct Primary Care is a flat monthly fee for your everyday primary care. It is not insurance and does not replace it. Your care plan covers the primary care on this page — not hospital stays, surgeries, specialists, or emergencies. Many members pair their care plan with a high-deductible or catastrophic health plan so routine care stays predictable while their plan protects them against major events.
In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. DPC does not replace emergency care.
