We keep our patient panels intentionally small. That gives your provider time to listen, look at the whole picture, and focus on keeping you well, rather than only treating you when something goes wrong.
That means longer appointments, same-day and next-day access when you're sick, and a real relationship with a provider who remembers your history and your goals.

Quick questions may not always require an appointment. With Pacora Health, you have the flexibility to message, call, or video chat with your own care team. And when you do need to be seen, same-day and next-day visits are usually available.
Telehealth visits are available for patients located in California, so a quick question or a follow-up doesn't have to mean a trip across town.

Transparent by default
No copays, no surprise bills
Your care plan covers the everyday care above with no per-visit copays. A handful of more involved in-office procedures, such as complex wound care, incision and drainage, cryotherapy, or certain injections, carry a small charge for materials.
When one of those applies, we tell you the price before we proceed, so there are never surprises. A full, itemized list of what's included and what costs extra is available on request and at our office.
A note on how Direct Primary Care works with insurance
Direct Primary Care provides you with an accessible and affordable primary care alternative. It is not insurance and does not replace it. The monthly fee covers primary care services listed on this page, not hospital stays, surgeries, specialists, or emergencies. Many patients pair their care plan with a high-deductible or catastrophic health plan, so routine care stays predictable while their plan protects them against major events.
